Lisinski hall will dance to the rhythm of Broadway, at a big gala concert by Leonora Surian Popov, who will celebrate the 20th anniversary of her professional work with an orchestra, numerous famous guests, and attractive dance routines. 

 

In cooperation with HNK Ivana pl. Zajc in Rijeka, directed by Tihana Strmečki and musical direction by Filip Gjud, our theatre diva will take the audience into the world of musicals. The co-producer of the event is B GLAD Production, and the text was written by Igor Weidlich. 

 

Leonora Surian Popov is one of the few musical artists in this region who can sing the most demanding and wonderful melodies of the world's greatest musicals, a member of the Italian drama HNK Ivana pl. Zajc in Rijeka, and this time she prepared memorable moments for the audience in Lisinski hall. 

 

She is the winner of numerous valuable awards, and the most recent ones include the Croatian Actor's Award for the role of Norma Desmond in the musical Sunset Boulevard and the Gianna Depoli award for the female role in the musical Kiss Me, Kate! The audience had the opportunity to see her in dozens of theatre roles, and the musicals Evita, Yalta, Yalta, Cinderella, Fiddler on the Roof... 

 

Well-known and familiar Broadway evergreens will come alive on stage in this concert evening. The audience can expect hits from musicals such as Evita, Kiss Me, Kate!, Sunset Boulevard, Chicago, Cabaret, Alladin, Les Misérables, The Producers and many others. One of the guests will be the famous musician Bojan Jambrošić. 

 

In the rhythm of Broadway, an evening of musicals with Leonora and her guests, is an evening of the real splendour of the world's leading stages - unique, magical, filled with song and dance that will bring the audience to their feet.
