Another season to remember is ahead of us! In addition to an excellent programme and artistic experience, your health is just as important to us, as is the health of artists and the Lisinski Hall staff. To protect all the people in the Hall as much as possible and keep them safe, we have prepared instructions on protection measures and we kindly ask you to follow them.
These rules apply to events organized by Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall.
→ Visitors will only be admitted to events upon showing their EU digital COVID certificate (in electronic or paper form) or a negative PCR or rapid antigen test result not older than 48 hours and an identity document in accordance with the instructions contained in the Decision of the Civil Protection Headquarters of the Republic of Croatia of 12 November 2021 (Article VII).
Non-EU nationals may show a COVID certificate of their country of origin proving vaccination or recovery, or a negative PCR or rapid antigen test result not older than 48 hours, which may also be issued in their country of origin.
→ Rapid antigen tests at a price of 50 kunas can be taken at Lisinski Hall on event day, from 2 hours to 30 minutes before event start time, or at the Life Polyclinic (Trpinjska Street 5A, Zagreb) within 48 hours before event start time upon presentation of a ticket to the event organized by Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall.
→ All entrances to the Hall will be open. Please use the entrances closest to your seat in the hall.
→ Please disinfect your hands. Hand sanitizers will be located near all entrances, next to the central entrances to the auditorium and in the buffet area. Avoid touching your mouth, nose, eyes and face. Do not lower your mask from your face.
→ Due to the epidemiological situation, the buffet within the Hall will not be open.
→ Please keep a distance of at least two metres, and more if possible.
→ Coat checks will be open; please keep a distance of at least two meters while you wait.
→ We kindly ask you to go to your seat after checking your coat.
→ Please take the shortest route out the building.
→ Due to the current situation, unfortunately, backstage visits will not be possible until further notice.
→ Access to toilets, which are being cleaned and disinfected even more frequently, is regulated in accordance with COVID-19 regulations. A limited number of people will be allowed in the toilets at a time, and a distance of two metres must be maintained.
→ The empty hall is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each event.
