Individuals in wheelchairs are admitted free of charge, while their companions are entitled to a 50% discount. Groups receive a 10% discount. All discounts are applied at the venue’s box office. In accordance with Article 86, paragraph 1, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the purchaser does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract (i.e., to return or exchange a ticket). KDVL (Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall) is responsible for programs it produces itself; for all other programs, the respective organizers bear full responsibility (including handling complaints and issuing refunds for tickets to cancelled events). A refund may be claimed exclusively in the event of a cancellation. Refunds may be requested within 60 days at the original point of purchase and via the same payment method used for the transaction. Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, written complaints may be submitted in person at the premises of the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall, by mail to Trg Stjepana Radića 4, Zagreb, or via email to prigovor@lisinski.hr.
