Persons in wheelchairs have free entry, while the person accompanying them pays 50% of the ticket price. Holders of the Music Picnic map (minimum three stamps) receive a 20% discount. All discounts are valid at the box office of the Lisinski Hall. In accordance with the provision of Article 86, paragraph 1, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has no right to unilateral termination of the contract (refund or exchange of tickets). The buyer can only claim a refund in the event of a canceled event. Refunds are possible within 30 days at the place where the ticket was purchased and in the manner it was purchased. According to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, all written complaints can be submitted in person at the offices of the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall, by mail to the address Trg Stjepana Radića 4, Zagreb, or via email to the address prigovor@lisinski.hr.
