In accordance with the provisions of Article 86, paragraph 1, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract (refund or exchange of the ticket). KDVL is responsible for programs in its own production, and for other programs their organizers are fully responsible (complaints, refund of purchased tickets for canceled programs, etc.). The buyer may exercise the right to a refund only in the event of a canceled event. A refund is possible within 30 days at the place where the ticket was purchased and in the manner in which it was purchased. In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, all written complaints can be submitted in person at the business premises of the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall, by mail to Trg Stjepana Radića 4, Zagreb, or by email to the email address privom@lisinski.hr.
