Retirees and students receive a 10% discount on the ticket price. Persons in wheelchairs have free entry, while their accompanying person pays 50% of the selected ticket category price. All discounts are applied at the box office of the Lisinski Hall. In accordance with the provision of Article 86, Paragraph 1, Item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer does not have the right to unilateral termination of the contract (refund or exchange of tickets). KDVL is responsible for programs produced in-house, while for other programs, their organizers are fully responsible (complaints, refunds for purchased tickets for canceled programs, etc.). The buyer may request a refund only in the case of a canceled event. Refunds are possible within 30 days at the location where the ticket was purchased and in the manner it was bought. In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, all written complaints can be submitted in person at the offices of the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall or sent by mail to the address Trg Stjepana Radića 4, Zagreb or via email at the address prigovor@lisinski.hr.
