In 2016, Maja embarked on her solo music career. All three of her singles (Mediteranska, Budi jak and Dok držiš me za ruku) ended up on the national radio HR TOP 40 chart and all other Croatian music charts. Her album Kada ne bih imala strah was released this Spring (2018) and presented in the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall. She is a two-time Porin winner: Detour’s album A što ak ja... won the 2015 best pop album award, and in the following year her duet with Neno Belan, Tvoj glas, was named “best vocal collaboration”. She is a member of the Kerempuh Satirical Theatre and has earned numerous acting awards, including the Croatian Association of Dramatic Artists Award, best actress award at Croatian Film Days, and more.
